Am I a candidate for hormone therapy?
You'd be surprised! Many people struggle with hormone dysregulation and don't even know it. For example, MOST adult men would benefit from testosterone replacement, but have never been offered the service. Hormones are not typically monitored at regular healthcare visits, so it is rare that patients are given the option to optimize their hormone levels. Am I a candidate for medical weight loss?
If you are overweight, obese, or just struggling to lose some stubborn weight, a medical weight loss program is perfect to help you reach your goals quickly, safely, and permanently. Are the treatments that FreshRx provides safe?​
Yes! All of our treatments are prescribed by a board certified medical professional. Before you begin treatment, you will meet with her for medical clearance to make sure the treatment will be safe and effective for you. If follow-up appointments are necessary to monitor safety, those will be scheduled as well.
What if I need to contact a healthcare professional between appointments?
We check emails multiple times a day, just shoot us an email at support@freshrxwellness.com and we will get back to you ASAP! We are also reachable by phone or text at 410-929-6051.
Do you accept insurance?
We are more than happy to help you use insurance covered services such as lab draws and medications that are covered. However, we do not directly work with insurance companies, so we cannot bill your insurance company for visits and we cannot guarantee that medications or services will be covered by your insurance. In many cases, we are able to accept HSA cards for payment.
What if I just got labs drawn recently? Do I need to have labs drawn again to be treated at FreshRx?
Not necessarily! If you have recent lab results, we may be able to use them, depending on the treatment you are seeking, the recency of the labs, and their findings. In such cases, you will not incur additional charges for lab work or need to have them redrawn.
